Neil is a leader in family law and dispute resolution, serving as chair of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Saskatchewan Dispute Resolution Section and appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada in the landmark Ahluwalia v. Ahluwalia case. With a decade of experience, he blends mediation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy, guiding families in transition with clarity and confidence.

A former editor of The Saskatchewan Advocate, Neil sits on the newly established Family Law Bar Judicial Council as the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association’s representative, appointed by the Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan.
