Courtney J. Fisher

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Courtney understands the importance of providing practical legal guidance to individuals and families facing difficult and often emotional challenges.
Courtney assists clients with a wide range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, child support, spousal support, parenting arrangements, child custody and parenting disputes, family property division, and common-law relationship issues. She is committed to helping clients understand their options, resolve disputes efficiently, and achieve outcomes that support their long-term goals.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from the Edwards School of Business in 2013 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017. She was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 2018. Throughout law school and her legal career, Courtney has remained actively involved in the Saskatoon community through volunteer and leadership roles.
In addition to her legal practice, Courtney serves as President of Saskatoon Dog Rescue.
