Tammi is a partner with Scharfstein LLP and has dedicated much of her career to helping individuals and families navigate complex family law matters. Since being called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1997, she has advised clients on a wide range of issues, including divorce and separation, child support, spousal support, parenting arrangements, child custody and parenting disputes, family property division, and common-law relationship disputes.

Known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach, Tammi understands that family disputes are deeply personal and often emotionally challenging. She works closely with clients to develop practical, cost-effective solutions through negotiation and mediation whenever possible, while providing strong advocacy when litigation becomes necessary.

Tammi has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, including the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. Her extensive courtroom experience, combined with her commitment to achieving positive outcomes, has earned her the trust of clients throughout Saskatchewan.
