Rob has practised law in Saskatchewan since 1981 and is a partner with Scharfstein Gibbings Walen Fisher LLP. Rob’s preferred areas of law are Administrative Law, Civil Litigation, Labour and Employment Law, Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation. Rob has appeared in all levels of Court in Saskatchewan and before numerous municipal, provincial and federal administrative bodies. Rob also acts as an arbitrator and conducts workplace and harassment investigations. He provides advice to individuals, small and large businesses, municipal and provincial, to governments/agencies, First Nations and First Nation organizations and government. Rob is a past president of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and formerly Chair of the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan.
