Kate is an associate at Scharfstein Gibbings Walen Fisher LLP and has a general family law practice. She has assisted clients with a variety of family law issues, providing services related to the division of family property, spousal and child maintenance and parenting. Kate has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan on behalf of clients. Kate completed her Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance and Marketing at Simon Fraser University in 2006. She then moved to Saskatoon and obtained her law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009. Kate joined Scharfstein Gibbings Walen Fisher LLP in January of 2013.
