Brendan attended the University of Saskatchewan and obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biology in 1998. After graduating, Brendan joined the Canadian Armed Forces before making the decision to return to University to study law. Brendan attended the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2005. During and subsequent to law school, Brendan served as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces Naval Reserve at HMCS Unicorn in Saskatoon. Currently outside of his civil practice, Brendan is a part time Legal Officer with the Office of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) of the Canadian Armed Forces. Brendan joined Scharfstein Gibbings Walen Fisher LLP as an associate in 2007 after articling and practicing in Prince Albert and became a partner in 2013. Outside of the office, Brendan enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two sons.
