Anna is an associate at Scharfstein Gibbings Walen Fisher LLP. Her practice areas include Family Law, Civil Litigation and Administrative Law.
Anna has extensive litigation experience, particularly in Chambers advocacy. Her family law practice includes divorce, child and spousal support, division of property, parenting, and adoptions. She also has experience with the Hague Convention (Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction), declarations of paternity and amendments to birth certificates, and interspousal agreements, including Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and Separation Agreements.
Anna is a sessional lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan, coaching the College of Law’s Laskin Moot team as they compete in a national, bilingual moot court competition in administrative and constitutional law. She is a Board Member for AIDS Saskatoon.
